Welcome to the South West Young Achievers Program (SWYAP)
The South West Young Achievers Program is a joint initiative of the Bunbury Chamber of Commerce & Industries and The Rotary Club of Bunbury Leschenault. The program is a subsidised three day residential training program that aims to provide goal setting, communication, financial management, public speaking and leadership tools to help participants take an active role in their community.
The program is designed for young people (18-25 years) who are in the workforce and are likely to contribute to the future of our area. It recognises that many young people in our community are already displaying the attributes that make them good citizens and valued employees and it aims to provide additional skills that will help them to reach their potential.
This program has been supported strongly by business, professional presenters and the local community and we hope that you will grasp this opportunity to challenge yourself and become the best that you can.
